Discover the benefits of Blended Learning: learning in the way you find most enjoyable. Together with you, we choose the training formats that best suit your work situation and learning style. A solid foundation: Personal individual and interactive Face-to-face lessons (or lessons via Skype or telephone): supplemented and supported by E-learning! Advantage of personal individual lessons: interpersonal, personal contact is pleasant and necessary for practice. Also because of the immediate feedback! Just like obtaining your driver’s license: you do some of it yourself (at home) online and some of it with your teacher.<\/p>

What is blended learning?<\/h2>

As the name suggests, blended learning is a mixed way of learning. It is a mix of online and offline elements in an education or training. These elements are not entirely unrelated. Simply using digital resources, such as computer use during training, is not enough. With blended learning, online and offline elements complement each other in terms of content, whereby the online elements are logically integrated into the traditional training. An online element can be anything: a knowledge clip, audio fragment or podcast, an educational game, e-learning and more. These elements often consist of theory or background information, where it is important that participants have control: they carry out these components at their own pace, in their own time and at a location of their choice.<\/p>

In addition to the online learning elements, the classroom, offline moments are also of great importance in blended learning. Because certain components have already been covered online, there is time left in the classroom for other components that are possible if you are together with the teacher during the lesson. This offers the opportunity to learn more through experience. Consider, for example, a role play, a conversation with a training actor or an experimental exercise in a group.<\/p>
