It plays an important role in putting private training on the agenda and is a discussion partner for politicians, ministries, educational parties, civil society organizations and the media.<\/p><p>The NRTO keeps its members informed of the latest developments in the industry, exchanging experiences to ensure optimal service.<\/p><h2>Terms and Conditions<\/h2><p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bogaerstalen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Algemene-voorwaarden-Zakelijk-29-9-2016-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Business Market Terms and Conditions<\/a> (PDF).<\/p><p>Conditions from our industry organization NRTO:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nrto.nl\/kwaliteitslabels_en_keurmerken\/algemene-voorwaarden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General Terms and Conditions NRTO Consumer<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrto.nl\/kwaliteit\/gedragscode\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Business and private: NRTO Code of Conduct.<\/a><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"row-fluid\"><div class=\"span6\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><h2>Complaints<br \/>procedure<\/h2><p><strong>Definition of complaint:<\/strong> A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction with a proven service, person or product. We consider this as input for improvement. <br \/><strong>Treatment of the complaint:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Article 1:<\/strong> Complaints can be filed at receptie@bogaerstalen.nl. Management acknowledges receipt of the complaint within 7 days. Complaints will be treated confidentially and archived (archive will be kept for 1 year).<\/p><p><strong>Article 2:<\/strong> Management shall provide the complainant with all relevant information regarding the complaint.<\/p><p><strong>Article 3:<\/strong> Within a maximum of 2 weeks after receipt of the complaint, the complainant will be given the opportunity to explain the complaint. A report will be made of this explanation and sent to the complainant.<\/p><p><strong>Article 4:<\/strong> Within 3 weeks after the hearing, the management will make a decision on the complaint. This decision will be communicated to the complainant in writing and will include the findings, conclusions, responses and handling of the complaint.<\/p><p>If the complainant disagrees with the decision, he may apply to the Geschillencommissie Particulier Onderwijs, Bordewijklaan 46, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague, telephone: 070 &#8211; 3105310, www.degeschillencommissie.nl.<\/p><p>Complaints and evaluations are discussed and reflected upon annually.
