Corona update Bogaers Taleninstituut BV: distance language training<\/strong><\/p>\n

No doubt you are aware of the new measures announced by the government. These measures have a major impact on the whole of the Netherlands and together we bear responsibility for dealing with them in the best possible way. That is why we are opting for an appropriate and pragmatic temporary solution that does justice to the current circumstances related to Corona. With this we offer you the right balance between continuity and quality. <\/p>\n

You work from home? Or use one of our rooms from \u20ac 10,- p.u. ! \"\" <\/strong><\/p>\n

Our clients expect a flexible solution. Many of them have already asked if we can provide our training courses remotely, and the answer is “yes.” We are excellent at continuing to provide training to individual participants and small groups in a customized format. Thus, you and your colleagues still gain the skills needed for your work. <\/p>\n

Split teams<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the office, our clients are increasingly working with split teams. For “remote” lessons for larger groups of participants, we do this from now on. Do you have 3 hours of lessons with e.g. 6 participants? Then we divide this into 2 lessons of 90 minutes, each for 3 people. This way we ensure sufficient individual attention and a pleasant lesson duration. <\/p>\n

At the office<\/strong><\/p>\n

Would you like to continue your training at your location? As long as the RIVM guidelines allow it, we will continue to offer this, of course with extra attention to hygiene and maintaining an appropriate distance. Our trainers also closely follow the RIVM guidelines and in case of doubt they will still provide your lesson via Skype or preferably Hangouts. <\/p>\n

Hygiene<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disinfection of classroom, screens, chairs and tables. We ask students to disinfect their hands before and after class. <\/p>\n

Keep your distance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our classes are mainly face-to-face, ensuring the distance advised by RIVM. For larger groups, we offer the option of online classes and\/or on-site classes in a classroom with personal protection through screens. In consultation with the student, we also offer online classes. <\/p>\n

Group size<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal lessons: here we keep the distance of 1.5m.
\nGroup lessons of 3 to 4 people: possibility of online lessons or on-site lessons in a classroom with personal protection through screens. Classrooms are expressly reserved by the teachers! <\/p>\n

Illnesses<\/strong><\/p>\n

We ask our students and teachers to stay home in case of illness.<\/p>\n

Additional measures<\/strong><\/p>\n

All our employees follow the RIVM guidelines: we keep 1.5 meters away, we wash our hands regularly and we stay home in case of symptoms of illness.<\/p>\n

What do we ask of you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Would you like to continue your training remotely? Let us know. Our trainers generally work with Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts. Both systems are accessible to everyone. Therefore, your trainer or coordinator will briefly discuss which system to use. Please note that Skype for Business (Microsoft Teams) does not work with standard Skype. Therefore, we may need to use private Skype addresses. We will remove these after the training. If you do not want this, we will work with Google Hangouts. Please follow these 3 simple tips: <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Use headphones and microphone and preferably take the class on a PC or laptop.<\/li>\n
  2. Be ready on time. Are you using Skype? If so, your trainer will initiate the call. Are you using Hangouts? If so, be sure to sign into the conference call on time. <\/li>\n
  3. Help each other. For you and also for us it takes some getting used to. Together we will figure it out. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In conclusion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Without notice to the contrary from you, scheduled training sessions will continue as usual; also at your location.
